IF YOU DO NOT FULLY QUALIFY PLEASE DO NOT APPLY What You'll Be Doing Define and maintain enterprise process architecture across all levels (L0-L4), aligned to strategic business capabilities and value chains. Establish and govern a single source of truth for process models, standards, and taxonomy. Design and implement enterprise BPM governance frameworks, operating models, and process ownership structures. Drive BPM maturity uplift initiatives, embedding governance, compliance, and audit readiness. Lead the optimisation and governance of BPM platforms such as ARIS, Celonis, or equivalent tools. Enable traceability across processes, systems, data, controls, and architecture artefacts Partner with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ensure process design aligns with technology architecture. Identify automation, optimisation, and efficiency opportunities across the enterprise. Develop process performance measures focused on cost, cycle time, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Build and nurture a Process Engineering Community of Practice to drive capability and consistency across the organisation. What We're Looking For Extensive experience in Enterprise Process Architecture and Business Process Management. Deep expertise in BPMN modelling and process lifecycle management. Strong hands-on experience with ARIS, Celonis, or comparable BPM\/process mining platforms. Proven ability to connect business processes with systems, applications, data, and enterprise architecture frameworks. Experience working closely with Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage at executive level. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and influencing capabilities. Ability to operate independently while driving outcomes across complex, multi-disciplinary environments. Advantageous Experience Banking or financial services sector experience. Exposure to federated operating models and agile delivery environments.
