SUMMARY:
Are you a recently qualified Mechanical Engineer looking to launch your career in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment?

Our client is seeking a driven and technically minded Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior engineer to gain hands-on exposure to mechanical design, manufacturing processes, engineering projects and product development while working alongside experienced engineering professionals.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the design and development of mechanical components, equipment and systems. Support engineers with 3D CAD modelling, drawings and technical documentation. Assist with engineering calculations, specifications and design verification. Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing drawings and technical packs. Liaise with production, procurement and suppliers to support engineering requirements. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical and manufacturing-related issues. Participate in engineering projects from concept through to implementation. Conduct basic analysis and engineering investigations under the guidance of senior engineers. Ensure designs and engineering documentation comply with relevant quality, safety and technical standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BEng \/ BSc \/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering. 2-4 years' experience in a mechanical engineering or manufacturing environment. Graduate Engineers are encouraged to apply. Exposure to 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks will be advantageous. Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering calculations and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. A strong willingness to learn, develop and gain practical engineering experience.
