POSITION INFO:

Responsible for developing and promoting a healthy and safe environment for both internal and external individuals at a Bakery by ensuring that the plant has effective systems and procedures in place to meet regulatory, public, and global company requirements in all areas, as well as ensuring that the Security function meets all statutory requirements with respect to the buildings, people, and product of QSR.

Skills Required

Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).

PC word processing/excel spreadsheet and presentation (PowerPoint) software.

Take initiatives and be self-motivated.

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge

NQF level 6 with a technical background and EHS courses

Preferably Min 5 years of relevant work experience in food production industry, with an understanding of production process.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, SOP, Pest control and Bakery operation.

Good computer knowledge specifically Excel

Proficient in SAP
