JOB SUMMARY:
An Estate based on the outskirts of Durbanville is seeking to employ a permanent live in caretaker of the estate. The person will live on the estate with no expenditure such as water, electricity, or rent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Afrikaans First language
Sober habits
Firearm with license
Driver’s license

Tasks:

Caretaking of the estate, which is not limited to the following:
Ensure that the pool is cleaned
Minor maintenance tasks
Periodic overseeing of garden workers
Taking care of the dogs when the occupants are absent
Patrolling the perimeter at night for security
