POSITION INFO:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and operational performance, and for implementing the strategic and operational decisions of the Board. The role ensures efficient administration, financial control, governance compliance, service delivery, staff management, resident relations, maintenance oversight, security coordination, contractor performance, and environmental stewardship across the estate. This includes the protection and enhancement of the estate's upmarket standards, including its wildlife, natural environment, and waterfront assets.
