Our client is looking for an Event Manager with a strong understanding of event marketing strategies, trends, and technologies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to successfully plan and execute events. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring seamless logistics and a high-impact experience.

• Develop event marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events.

• Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Ensure events align with brand objectives and marketing strategies.

• Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluations.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative event solutions.

• Manage event-related administrative tasks, including permits, contracts, and reports.

Position Details

• Location: Observatory (home base) with travel to Steenberg (Cape Town), Robertson, and occasional trips to Gauteng.

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends when required.
