Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the culinary team
- Develop menus and create new dishes
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Oversee kitchen operations and maintain food safety standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef
- Culinary qualifications or relevant degree
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record with expectional references

Proven experience as an Executive Chef
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards
- Creativity in menu planning and dish creation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in culinary arts
- Experience in high-end dining establishments
- Knowledge of local and international cuisines
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced kitchen environment
- Possibly a 6 week on 2 week off cycle
This is for a new property opening next year and employment will only be in April 2026.
This property is bush based and will be a love in role.
