Duties:

Establish and lead a strategic actuarial division.
Oversee pricing, reserving, and risk frameworks.
Drive data governance, fraud detection, and predictive modelling.
Act as a key member of executive leadership, embedding analytics into strategy.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Qualified Actuary (FASSA)

Experience:

10+ years actuarial experience, with 3+ years in healthcare/insurance.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven leadership and people management.
Strategic thinker with technical depth.
Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge.
