SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established organisation in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA & Office Administrator to join their team in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will provide professional administrative and personal assistant support to management, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

POSITION INFO:

Provide executive PA support to management, including diary, travel, and meeting coordination.
Manage all administrative tasks, correspondence, and document control.
Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assist with reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Manage filing systems, databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with ad hoc projects and office management duties as required.
