SUMMARY:
Ballito. A well-established and reputable organization with operations across Africa is looking for a Half Day Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive individual with an outgoing personality and a positive, can-do attitude.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative and personal support to the CEO
Manage office operations efficiently
Handle banking duties, including loading payments
Assist with general office administration and data capturing as needed

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant tertiary qualification
Proven experience as an Executive PA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy (MS Office proficiency essential)
Basic data capturing knowledge is advantageous
