About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a leading, dynamic enterprise in the hospitality and agritourism sector.

This role is critical to ensuring seamless administrative and operational flow across a multifaceted business. The successful candidate will act as the MD’s right hand, providing confidential, strategic, and efficient support while managing cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.

• Facilitate communication between the MD and internal departments.

• Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Assist with project tracking and follow-ups on deadlines and deliverables.

• Liaise with stakeholders and external partners with discretion and professionalism.

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.

• Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and act proactively to resolve challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff role, supporting senior leadership.

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

• A resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
