R20 000 - R27 000 depending on experience

Please note: This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office and two days working remotely. The position will initially be based in Kloof before relocating permanently to Ballito in the coming months. Applicants should be comfortable with this transition.

A polished and highly organised Executive Assistant is required to join a successful, privately owned trading company as the trusted right hand to the Managing Director. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to a proactive individual who takes ownership and enjoys working across multiple business functions. Strong MS Office and Google Workspace required.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and diary management support to the Managing Director Manage meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, reports and confidential information Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices and assist with account reconciliations Coordinate import \/ export documentation, shipping logistics and liaise with freight forwarders Maintain CRM records and generate sales and operational reports Oversee general office administration, filing, compliance documentation and ad hoc projects Requirements: Previous Executive Assistant \/ Senior Administrative experience Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills Experience with customer and supplier liaison Knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders and reconciliations CRM experience and strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace skills Shipping \/ export documentation experience advantageous High level of professionalism, discretion and commercial awareness Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and ability to multitask under pressure Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle What's on Offer Hybrid working arrangement (3 office days \/ 2 remote days) Opportunity to work closely with a dynamic business leader A varied and rewarding role with significant responsibility If you are a confident, solutions-driven professional looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
