JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists with a leading ICT Solutions concern who would like to appoint an Executive: Business excellence at their Head Quarters based in Centurion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

3 year degree - commercial field or related.

Experience:

If in possession of a Degree; 8 years’ relevant experience inclusive of facilitating the origination and realisation of strategy; Enterprise Program Management, setting up of ePMOs and leading business transformation programs / deployments.

Responsibilities:

Lead the positioning and integration of the company as a key business enabler within the broader business environment. - Drive the engagement and alignment with business in adopting and adhering to a standardised approach from idea/opportunity and value identification and realisation, prioritisation, and benefits tracking.
Enable robust discussions and leverage research and best practice across industry to move ideas through the value realisation process, cognisant of feasibility as well as commercial viability through business case rigor and approvals.
Establish and reinforce the value realisation process, through marketing, branding and communication strategies.
Enable and deliver tangible business outcomes in accordance with the value realisation process, and continuously monitor and track performance of initiatives for sustained results.
Determine the provision of a specialist programme management function through the management of initiatives (each consisting of multiple projects across the organisation), driving of integration and management of interdependencies with a pragmatic, strategic guidance and solutioning approach.
Deliver on business analysis and assessment of improvement opportunities of the organisation’s processes to enable business modelling and systematic process optimisation across the enterprise whilst supporting multiple project initiatives.
Build Organisation capability through a hybrid of attracting internal and external talent for delivery.
Drive the execution of business process architecture and process reengineering to enable strategy execution by providing leading practices, frameworks and measurement methods.
Lead the provision of a single frame of reference and method to ensure a consistent and efficient system for recording and storing process related information to drive process ownership and sustainable repository management.
