SUMMARY:
DBN000181 - Executive Director - (Financial Services) - Durban North

Purpose of the job:
To lead day-to-day operations, overseeing client relationships, team performance, and all technical and regulatory responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

CA (SA) qualification – essential
Registered Auditor (IRBA)
10+ years post-articles experience in an auditing or accounting role
5+ years in a senior leadership role

POSITION INFO:
Required Experience & Knowledge:

Lead the firm’s overall performance, delivery, and team execution of board strategy.
Manage all client relationships to drive satisfaction and growth.
Identify and secure new business and acquisition opportunities.
Ensure top professional, ethical, and technical quality and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and manage staff across all divisions with HR oversight.
Build and sustain a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
