*  2 years Senior Executive Experience in Furnace Manufacturing

*  10 years Furnace R&D

*  10 years Execution of Large Scale Furnace Construction Projects

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the furnace manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

*  Furnace Tech R&D

*  Pre-Sales Support and Tenders

*  Execute Contracts and Build or Upgrade Furnace Plants

*  Senior Level Customer Liaison

*  Ensure Statutory Legal Compliance

Key Job Deliverables:

*  Execute Projects On Time, Within Budget, According to Specification

*  Ensure New R&D is effective and produces market leading patents

*  Manage a Large Team of Engineers & Construction Specialists to Ensure Effective Execution of Business Objectives

Background work experience:

*  2 years Senior Executive Experience in Furnace Manufacturing

*  10 years Furnace R&D

*  10 years Execution of Large Scale Furnace Construction Projects

*  10 years Financial Management (P&L and Projects)

*  BTech/BEng Mechanical or Equivalent

*  Pyrometallurgical Furnace Design

*  Has extensive involvement, experience and expertise in the development and construction of large scale furnace systems

*  Understands the technical principles behind Mechanical and Furnace R&D

*  Understands how to manage large scale furnace construction projects and how to keep the customer happy during the project

*  Understand principles of finance, costing, profits and large budget management

*  Advantageous: Has worked at one of the major Furnace consulting engineering companies
