Executive Head of Contact / Call Centres

POSITION INFO:

You will be overall responsible for the call centre environment for a leading ICT organisation. This includes the current operational environment as well as the future strategy. You will be required to have several years experience at the executive level in the customer service environment, as well as have a university degree and an MBA.
