• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk, Quantitative Studies (CRM certification a plus).
• 10+ years of leadership in collections, recoveries, or secured credit risk within banking.
• Mastery of foreclosure processes, legal frameworks, and portfolio analysis.
• A proven record of delivering high-impact, commercially valuable collection strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of secured lending products, especially home loans/mortgages.
