SUMMARY:
Executive Legal Assistant – Director Support (Law Firm)
Location: Sandton
Salary: R40 000 CTC Per Month

Our client, a well-established law firm based in Sandton, is seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to provide direct support to the Director of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full executive and legal administrative support to the Director
Extensive diary management and scheduling
Matter management and general file administration
Typing and dictation (fast and accurate typing is essential)
Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
General executive PA and legal secretarial duties
Reporting directly to the Director

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications: Any qualification supporting the function of a Legal Secretary / Executive Assistant
Experience: Minimum 5 year experience in a legal secretarial or executive assistant role
Specialisation: Legal secretarial / executive-level support
Computer Systems: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and dictation software
Languages: English (spoken and written)

Key Skills:

Exceptionally fast and accurate typing skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail
Professional, discreet, and able to work under pressure
