Executive Manager

SUMMARY:
Work closely with the Head of Marketing of a blue-chip listed company and bring strategic projects to life

POSITION INFO:

• Provide support to the Head of Marketing in the executive of his responsible;
• Be responsible for executive reporting and strategic communications;
• As the Marketing Lead, be involved in company-wide strategic projects;
• Be responsible for projects supporting the group''s marketing strategy;
• Enable and operationalise strategic initiatves across marketing and group wide;
• Participate in strategic debates at Exco;
• Problem solve and implement complex solutions;
• Detailed research and analysis to provide substance to ideas and direction of the exec team;
• Project management of strategic initiatves;
• Compile presentations and speeches for delivery by the Head of Marketing;
• Provide input into operational design and process efficiencies;
• Be involved in budgetting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Honours degree in the fields of actuarial, mathematics, engineering, finance, information technology, marketing, etc.;
• Preferable: Masters degree;
• 3-5 years experience as a Management Consultant in a top tier consulting firms
