Are you a strategic and hands-on CA(SA) who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment?
Our client — a leading organisation with national reach — is looking for an Executive Manager: Finance to lead its finance function and drive financial performance across the business.
You’ll work closely with the CFO and Executive Team to shape strategy, optimise systems, and deliver the insights that guide key business decisions.
This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who combines technical excellence with strong leadership and a passion for results.

POSITION INFO:

ð¹ What You’ll Do

Lead all financial operations with precision, compliance, and transparency
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units
Manage financial controls, governance, and risk frameworks
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, Tax Acts, Companies Act, and related standards
Oversee treasury, working capital, and cash flow management
Drive process and systems optimisation, automation, and technology adoption
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

ð¯ What You’ll Bring

CA(SA) (essential)
5+ years in a senior finance leadership or executive role
Strong track record of team leadership and financial transformation
System migration or implementation experience (advantageous)
Aviation industry background (advantageous)
Sage Intacct experience preferred
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
