Executive Manager Information Management - Paarl (Western Cape)
Job description
The successful candidate will lead and shape the company's information management, data, and AI strategy, driving innovation and transformation across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas
Lead a transformative information management and AI agenda that fuels business growth, operational excellence, and innovation
Modernise systems, analytics, and AI platforms to deliver actionable insights and automation
Ensure enterprise-wide governance, security, compliance, and optimisation of technology infrastructure and vendor partnerships.
Build a high-performing, future-ready team and cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion that propels the organisation forward.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI, data and technology focus areas to organizational objectives.

Experience
At least 8 years of progressive experience, including Senior Management leadership exposure.
Proven track record in delivering complex, high-impact projects and leading digital and AI- driven transformation initiatives
