POSITION INFO:

Manage profit and loss of business unit

Budget forecasting

Improve sales forecasts

Handle procurement and logistics

Managing high impact team and ensure efficient use of manpower in the organization

Maintain costs and ensure, safe, reliable, and efficient functional resources

Implement strategy objectives

Build client relationships both internally and externally

Maintain customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Build culture

Qualification:

Minimum 8 years’ related manufacturing experience, of which 5 years should be in a general management capacity

Experience with process development and business process design

R&D and innovation experience on plastics is ADV

In depth knowledge of plastics and related manufacturing processes

Injection molding experience ADV

Management skills

Communication skills

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
