Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support and guidance to the entire organisation.
- Lead the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.
- Drive the design and execution of business growth strategy.
- Oversee corporate planning, annual operational plans, and shareholder compact.
- Ensure alignment with national, provincial, and local government policy requirements.
- Manage the development of frameworks to enhance performance information.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the SMEOP team.
- Lead negotiations with clients and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, business management, economics, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and organisational performance—5 years at a senior management level.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, leadership experience, and the ability to drive transformation and impact across the organisation.
