SUMMARY:
Are you an executive Marketing Manager with minimum 10 years FMCG/Retail experience managing a range of top luxury brands with an excellent track record of building awareness and executing marketing strategies to meet consumer needs? Our Client an International concern with top leading brands requires your expertise to manage a marketing team - South Africa, Africa & third party distributors.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric plus relevant degree qualification

Experience managing high end brands and a team of employees

Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and changing needs

Strong people’s person with excellent communication skills

Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

Proficiency with online marketing, project management and CRM & digital platforms

Experience working in Africa and Internationally highly advantageous’

Willingness and ability to travel

DUTIES

Developing and executing marketing campaigns

Managing and inspiring a marketing team throughout Africa

Managing day-to-day marketing activities plus long-term strategies

Adhering to tight deadlines and constant changing needs by the company

Working in partnership with the International Head Office strategies ensuring all aspects of marketing are executed correctly throughout Africa

Managing third party distributors and maintaining the best relationships

Establish and manage budgets guidelines

Participating in events when required

Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

Analyse customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis

Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future requirements and campaigns

Travel throughout Africa, South Africa and Internationally when required

Salary: R dependent on experience
