POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a highly professional and exceptionally capable Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their CEO. This pivotal role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring the CEO's workflow is seamless and efficient. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and postal mail. Filter information to the CEO as appropriate, ensuring they receive necessary communications and are prepared for meetings.
• Document Preparation and Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Maintain a systematic filing system to ensure easy access to critical information.
• Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions. Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and conferences.
• Project Support: Take on specific projects at the CEO's request, providing research, coordination, and execution support as needed.
• Personal Assistance: Where necessary, assist with personal tasks to ensure the CEO's personal commitments are managed alongside their professional responsibilities.
