Executive PA to CEO

Our client is looking for an Executive PA to join their team.  Incumbent can be based in either their Pietermaritzburg or Westville office.  Would be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO.  This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and carry out tasks as required by the CEO with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Complete calendar management
• Act as a liaison to the CEO
• Assisting with special projects
• Designing and producing complex documents such as reports and presentations
• Collecting and preparing information as required by the CEO for meetings with staff and external stakeholders
• Assist with local and international travel arrangements as required by the CEO
• Complete expense reports and assist with credit card expenditure management
• Serve as primary point of contact
• Personal Assistance - assist the CEO with any personal related requirements as and when necessary

Qualifications and Experience:

• Executive support experience is essential
• Advanced MS Office skills - Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform a high volume of tasks with very little supervision
• Ability to react with an appropriate amount of urgency in situations requiring a quick turnaround or response
