Executive Personal Assistant (6-Week Contract)

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management for senior executives. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentations and meeting packs. Screen and manage executive email correspondence, prioritising urgent matters. Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries. Coordinate events, conferences, team engagements and executive functions. Process expense claims and assist with leave administration. Maintain confidential records, filing systems and executive documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding administration for team members. Manage office logistics, stationery, procurement requests and asset registers. Maintain SharePoint sites, distribution lists and Office 365 administrative functions. Log and follow up on IT, facilities and operational support requests. Assist with risk and compliance training administration. Support executive teams with ad hoc projects and operational requirements. Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants when required.
