JOB SUMMARY:
My client is a leading logistics solutions company based in the Sandton area. They are looking for a top class Executive PA for their Group CFO and Executive Director. The role will entail administrative duties as well as office management. A post matric PA qualification is required and proven track record in corporate environment. SA citizens only and please ensure you are a match to the full specification before applying.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:
- Grade 12 plus a post matric PA qualification
- Valid drivers license

Experience needed:
- Proven track record as Executive PA
- IT literate (Outlook, Advanced Excel, Pastel, Word, Dropbox,
MS-One Drive, Zoom and MS Teams)
- Sound knowledge of the POPI Act

Key activities:
- Administrative
- Arranging corporate events and all travel arrangements (local
and international)
- Drafting minutes of Exco and Board meetings
- Compiling and distribution of board packs
- Drafting correspondence
- Preparation and circulation of HR documentation and dealing
with confidential information
- Office management
- Co-ordinating schedules, appointments and books with senior
staff
- Dealing with reports
- Financial administration assistance and reporting
- Managing Executive's activities ito priority, personal and work
related commitments

Attributes:
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Stakeholder engagement
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solving
- Quality check on all outgoing documents
- Ability to work in large team
- Logical and also skilled at analysing information
