Key Responsibilities:

end-to-end executive search processes, from client briefing to candidate placement, using advanced market mapping techniques.

Talent Identification & Headhunting: Identify, attract, and engage top executive talent through
targeted search strategies, headhunting, and networking.

Client & Candidate Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with
C-suite executives, senior leaders, and global organizations.

Industry Research & Market Insights: Leverage
market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends to deliver strategic hiring solutions.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a
seamless and confidential experience for both clients and candidates.

Global Recruitment Strategies: Adapt sourcing and engagement strategies based on
regional hiring trends and market demands.

executive search and headhunting, with a track record of
