SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Executive Search professional with a proven track record in international talent acquisition? We’re looking for a high-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead end-to-end executive search assignments across global markets.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full executive search cycle — from research and sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver world-class talent solutions.
Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines.
Represent the organisation professionally across diverse international markets.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in executive search or international talent acquisition.
Proven experience managing senior-level , Executive or C-suite placements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
