POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Maintain updated membership records and mailing list database Develop an organizational year planner for various structures Serve as a contact point for the Executive office for internal and external stakeholders Maintain professional relationships with key partners Schedule and coordinate meetings for Board and Committees Plan logistics for meetings and events Assist in coordinating workshops, team buildings, symposiums, etc. Secure event venues and contracts in consultation with event coordinator Draw up project plans and coordinate events Liaise with service providers and entertainment for events Compile event budgets and request sponsorships Administer statutory roles related to CIPC board registrations Develop and maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system Draft a user-friendly filing reference manual
