Executive portfolio manager

SUMMARY:
This Pioneer and Market leading company in the Property Industry located in Pretoria, Waterkloof Glen is looking for a dedicated, qualified Executive portfolio manager to undertakes the duties of ensuing that all buildings in the residential portfolio and student portfolio is at least 95% let and that tenant retention is achieved.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• High rise residential experience, excluding retail/commercial
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or a related field is required
• A Master’s degree would be beneficial
•  

Duties include but not limited to:

• Property management including new developments, tenant movement and other landlord strategies, Analysis of performance of property.
• Asset management, Allocation of assets including budgeted capital for maintenance program, refurbishments, major repairs etc
• Complete and update the asset register
• Inspections and enforcements of disciplinary procedures
• Responsible for compliance of OSH act
• Analysis of monthly income and expenses as well as operating costs
• Planning and budgeting, which includes a 3 year budget for preparation and control, monthly forecast and annual review of rent
• Debtors management including meetings with debtors clerk
• Credit control relating to accounts in arrears, write-offs and legal action
• Customer service including all needs of the tenants
• Marketing plans and website updates
• Administrative duties

Salary: R75000 neg
