Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal Commercial to join their team in Pretoria East (EE candidates only).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Dealer Principal Commercial (EE)

Salary: R 50,000.00 (plus Quarterly Incentives, Fuel & Cell Phone)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Experience as DP in a Commercial Dealership.
English language proficiency (read, write, speak).
Computer Literacy.
Clean-cut and well-groomed.
Detailed up-to-date CV (attach all relevant documents separately).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate would be responsible for the running of the entire dealership.
Staffs complement #50.
Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage an effective and positive teamwork.
Recruit and retain skilled staff.
Monitor sales, workshop and parts departments and ensure profitability.
Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
Control cash flow, stock, and assets.
Reporting targets and standards to Head Office.
Ensure compliance and legislative changes.
Business planning and cost savings initiative.
