Who are we looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an Operations Director.

What will you do:

1. Strategic Advisory and Reporting:

   • Provide strategic advice to Managing Director and management team.
   • Regularly report results and findings to key stakeholders.

2. Resource Management:

   • Effectively manage resources, including attracting, hiring, and retaining personnel.
   • Ensure that employees align with the company's strategic direction to achieve its mission.

3. Business Planning and Monitoring:

   • Develop and report on business plans, monitoring efficacy and progress.
   • Continuous monitoring of the annual budget, ensuring revenue/sales targets are met.

4. Initiative Implementation:

   • Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs.
   • Maintain quality products that are competitive, while delivering excellent customer support.

5. Marketing Strategy:

   • Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services.

6. Key Relationships Management:

   • Effectively manage key personnel, clients, and service providers.

7. Quality Assurance:

   • Maintain the quality of products, services, and customer support in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies.

8. Staff Wellness and Compliance:

   • Promote the wellness of staff.
   • Implement policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant degree and qualifications
• Previous experience in activations and experiential marketing.
