SUMMARY:
An industry-leading organisation, operating within the mining and filtration sectors, is seeking a commercially driven and globally experienced Export Sales Manager to lead and expand its international footprint.

POSITION INFO:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping global sales strategy, strengthening international partnerships, and unlocking new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive international growth
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing export sales team
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across global markets
Strengthen and expand relationships with key international clients and distributors
Leverage existing international networks to unlock new revenue streams
Oversee export operations, pricing strategies, and market entry plans
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Drive performance against global sales targets and revenue objectives

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in international/export sales in a leadership capacity
Proven experience within the mining or filtration industries
Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams
Strong international client network and global market exposure
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Has an established network of contacts within the Mining, cement or filtration industry
