Our Germiston-based client is looking for a results-driven go-getter to secure new business, build strong industry relationships, and confidently close deals.

If you thrive on client interaction and know how to turn opportunities into sales, this role is for you.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Valid Driver’s License
2 years’ experience in the sales environment
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure as needed
Detail oriented, strong organisational skills, and high degree of accuracy

DUTIES:

Report to the Managing Director
Present and sell company products and services to potential clients
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
Phoning and making appointments with a wide network of new clients
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
Identify sales prospects
Establish solid relationships within the building, architecture and construction industry
Identify and resolve client concerns
Manage quotations
Negotiate pricing
Closing of sales successfully
Follow-up for collection of payment

Salary: Basic plus commission, dependent on experience
