Are you a driven External Sales Representative who is successful with bringing in new business within the construction and building industry sector?

Our client, based in Germiston, a leader in their field is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their successful team with calling on new clients using your experience, expertise and client relationships that you have built up within the building and construction industry.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Valid Driverâs License
2 yearsâ experience in the sales environment
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure as needed
Detail oriented, strong organisational skills, and high degree of accuracy

Â
DUTIES:

Report to the Managing Director
Present and sell company products and services to potential clients
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
Phoning and making appointments with a wide network of new clients
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
Identify sales prospects
Establish solid relationships within the building, architecture and construction industry
Identify and resolve client concerns
Manage quotations
Negotiate pricing
Closing of sales successfully
Follow-up for collection of payment
