External Sales Representative (JB2234)
Strydompark, Randburg - Johannesburg
R 12 000 – R15 000 per month + Commission
Duration: Permanent

Our client is a fast-growing, young, innovative eco-friendly packaging company that specialises in the import, sales, and distribution within the B2B, retail, and e-commerce channels, selling fast-moving consumer goods and sustainable food packaging.

Requirements:
Completed Grade 12
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience with a minimum of 1 year specific to the packaging industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
Target driven individual who can work independently
Knowledge of MS Office as well as ERP/ CRM systems
Minimum 1 year experience on Sage/Pastel - Xero would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
Service customers and meet sales targets by conducting effective needs analysis
Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new business
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing reports
