External Salesman (Area Representative) - Centurion

SUMMARY:
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective Customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform. The Salesman will assist the customer in understanding the Companies products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels and achieve sales budgets as set by management from time to time.

POSITION INFO:
Position available for External Sales Representative with Automotive parts and spares knowledge in Centurion.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experience
• At least 5 years’ automotive aftermarket external parts sales experience within Customer Care/ Sales
• Experienced with a number of systems
• Valid & Current driver’s license
• Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry

• Achievement of sales Budget as set by management from time to time 
• Educate Customers on product ranges if they are uncertain about the product, they want to purchase
• Assist with quotes
• Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Offer a variety of product related solutions to clients
• Utilise inbound call opportunities to generate sales and renewals
• Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business
• Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business and discuss with Sales Manager
• Conduct follow up calls on a daily basis to customers who have expressed an interest in our products
• Ensure that all complaints are captured and reported to all the relevant stakeholders and that constant feedback is given to the customer
