SUMMARY:
Our client, a reputable FMCG manufacturing company, seeks an experienced and astute Factory Manager to oversee their production operations and drive operational excellence. As the Factory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the manufacturing plant, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving production targets.

POSITION INFO:
Key Qualifications: Qualifications and Experience Industrial Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification Matric with Mathematics Relevant experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry (3-5 years) Experience with ammonia refrigeration and food processing plants is a plus Familiarity with programming PLC's and inverters is an advantage Experience with high-capacity 3Ph motors is a plus Mechanical service experience is desirable Knowledge of pneumatic systems, switchgear, and water treatment is beneficial Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends Preference for residing in the Helderberg\/Stellenbosch areas Ready to Make a Difference?
