SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Factory Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a high-capacity production environment. This senior role involves overseeing shopfloor activities, managing large teams, and ensuring efficient production across multiple processes in a technically demanding setting.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior workshop or manufacturing leadership role
Strong technical background within machining or heavy engineering environments
Experience managing large teams and multi-shift operations
Ability to oversee production planning and workflow optimisation
Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on shopfloor involvement
Knowledge of CNC machining, gear manufacturing, or similar processes advantageous
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
