SUMMARY:
Cape Town Area – Western Cape: This vibrant 100-hectare farm that features an ostrich show ranch along with various businesses, is seeking to employ a dedicated Farm and Maintenance Manager.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications or experience working on a farm.
Strong communication abilities.
Mechanical, technical, electrical, or plumbing skills are highly appreciated.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Supervise and manage farm workers, including daily job.
Handle handyman duties and general maintenance across the farm.
Service farm vehicles and machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
Manage tools and power tools, ensuring they are maintained and in good working condition.
Provide daily reports to the office on all farm-related activities.
Oversee animal feed and well-being, ensuring animal health standards are met.
