SUMMARY:
A high-performing, multifranchised dealership is seeking an experienced and driven F&I Manager to join their Pre-Owned Sales Floor. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a high-volume environment, processing up to 70 deals per month while maintaining exceptional accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager within the automotive industry
Strong ability to manage high deal volumes and strict turnaround times
Excellent knowledge of FAIS, FICA, NCA, and all compliance requirements
Ability to structure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
Professional communication and customer-facing skills
