SUMMARY:
Are you the sales engineer who can bring robots to life on the factory floor?

POSITION INFO:
A leading automation solutions provider is looking for a Robotics Sales Engineer to drive the sales of industrial robot systems, with a strong focus on a world-class Japanese robot brand. If you enjoy solving automation challenges, working with factories, and helping clients adopt smarter, faster robotic solutions, this role is for you.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Engineering qualification: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation.
2–5 years technical sales experience in industrial automation or robotics.
Hands-on understanding of robot systems (pick & place, palletising, welding, assembly, packaging).
Ability to read technical drawings and propose engineered solutions.
Valid driver’s licence + own vehicle.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Promote and sell industrial robots into manufacturing, packaging, automotive, and general industry.
Conduct site visits, assess automation needs, and recommend robot solutions.
Work closely with integrators, OEMs, and end-users to scope applications.
Prepare quotes, solution proposals, and ROI justifications for customers.
Support demos, trials, customer training, and new system commissioning where required.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while developing new business.
Strong technical communication skills — able to explain robotics in simple, practical terms.
Self-driven, organised, and confident in front of clients at all levels.
