SUMMARY:
My client is seeking a hands-on Technical Leader to design and build the integration layer that connects our high-performance sales platforms (CRM, CPQ, and CLM), digital commerce channels (E-commerce), and core operational systems (ERP). The successful candidate will focus on simplifying core architecture while enabling agile, scalable, and automated business capabilities across the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Architect & Deliver Integration Solutions: Design and implement robust, bi-directional data integrations between the ERP platform and external sales and marketing systems. This is a hands-on role — you will not only define architecture but also configure middleware and develop the logic that enables reliable data movement.
System Decoupling & Modernisation: Lead the transformation of the core ERP environment by reducing custom complexity and migrating advanced business logic into a scalable, modern integration layer.
Logistics Automation: Develop API-driven integrations with external courier and freight partners to automate routing, shipping processes, and manifest generation directly from sales orders.
Unified Commerce Enablement: Implement headless integration capabilities that connect a brand-focused website with a transactional B2B/B2C e-commerce platform, delivering a seamless customer identity, pricing, and purchasing experience across channels.
Product Master Data Management: Ensure accurate synchronization of 20,000+ SKUs, product assets, and real-time inventory across all sales channels while maintaining optimal system performance and scalability.

Job Experience and skill required

8+ years experience
Degree in Computer Science or similar
Middleware Mastery (iPaaS): Deep, hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Workato, or Boomi). You must be an expert at building, monitoring, and troubleshooting "flows."
API Expertise: Advanced knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data transformation, and event-driven architecture.
ERP/CRM Savvy: You understand the data models of enterprise-grade ERPs and CRMs. You know how "Lead-to-Cash" works from a database perspective.
Headless & Web Architecture: Experience connecting CMS platforms to transactional engines where the "Frontend" and "Backend" are separate.
