SUMMARY:
A FINACIAL ANALYST (Contract) with a minimum of 4 - 5 yearsâ€™ experience in Corporate Property Finance is required to join a well-established Property Company (Johannesburg).

POSITION INFO:

Some of the duties will include:

Analyzing possible transactions (sales or acquisitions) and providing preliminary feedback to the executive team (conducting due diligences, financial modelling, and preparing, presenting and obtaining sign-off of Investment Committee papers)
You will also be called on to manage sales for the Fund, keeping an updated sales list with projected cash-flows on properties and sale analysis

Required Skills:

Relevant qualification with a minimum of 5 years work experience in Corporate Finance, and / or have commercial property related experience with some corporate finance experience
Advanced Excel skills
