FINANCE & SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR - Kya Sands, Johannesburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Must have a Qualification in the Finance Field (Diploma or Degree)
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Computer literate
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Omni or Xero experience will be an advantage
Excellent relationship building skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time
Able to work unsupervised and manage own time/activities
Must have excellent reporting and record-keeping skills
Perform general admin duties within the organization
Accurate and timeous processing of Customer Invoices
Attend to customer and Supplier enquiries
Ensure accuracy when sending customer statements monthly
Timeously reconciling daily transactions on Xero
Daily order management on Omni Accounts
Reconciliations of Suppliers accounts
