This role is responsible for controlling, auditing, and validating the integrity of master data across multiple systems and modules, ensuring strict compliance with established rules and processes. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy while continuously enhancing master data frameworks to support evolving business needs.

Working across SAP and related systems, you will collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to ensure data consistency, support system enhancements, and enable seamless integration across the business. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and information systems within a complex, multi-divisional environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and align master data attributes across SAP and related subsidiary systems
• Ensure compliance with master data rules, processes, and approval frameworks
• Validate, audit, and continuously monitor data integrity across systems
• Support system implementations and enhancements through stakeholder engagement
• Analyse master data lifecycle and identify redundancy or optimisation opportunities
• Create and maintain accurate master data records across multiple platforms
• Extract and deliver data reports to support business decision-making
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and filing of all master data activities
• Collaborate with business owners to refine and enhance master data processes

What You Bring

• BCom or equivalent qualification
• Progress toward CA or CMA is advantageous
• 1–3 years’ experience in a multi-functional production or supply chain environment
• Exposure to SAP and related systems such as MACs, MTech, ADEXA
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, inventory, and operations
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
