PROPERTY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - BELLVILLE - WESTERN CAPE
Salary - negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Experience in the managing agent/property management industry or retail, office & industrial property ESSENTIAL

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

CA or similar financial accountant qualification
Financial Accountant with 15+ years’ experience in the managing agent/property management industry, specifically across retail, office, and industrial property
Experienced in the onboarding of new buildings and new clients, each with their unique requirements and expectations
Proven ability to work independently while effectively engaging and managing relationships with clients and various stakeholders
Proficient in using MDA accounting management software, with an expert-level understanding
Capable of providing leadership in statutory and regulatory compliance, including taxation, related to the financial management of the company
Experienced in delivering financial management services to property owner clients, ensuring alignment with their specific financial and operational needs
