SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Property Admin Assistant to support the Financial and Facilities Manager in the daily financial and administrative operations of a diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a background in bookkeeping—particularly within the food or restaurant industry—and a willingness to grow in both finance and property management.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

1–2 years’ experience in financial administration or bookkeeping
Familiarity with bookkeeping in the food/restaurant industry (advantageous)
Proficiency in Pastel or similar accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong computer literacy and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn property management systems and processes
Professional communication and a strong team ethic

Added Advantage:

Experience in property or facilities management
Valid Code 8 driver’s license
